Terms of use.

The essentials for using Nimora at work.

Using Nimora

Nimora is provided by Manna Digital Consulting, S.L., NIF B64597438, with registered office at Carrer Bellaterra 6, bxos, 08940 Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain. These terms apply to people who access Nimora. If your organization has a separate agreement with us, that agreement governs where it differs from these terms.

Use Nimora only through an account or invitation you are authorized to use. Your organization controls membership and access to its workspace. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell your administrator or us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use Nimora to break the law, infringe others’ rights, introduce malicious code or bypass access controls.

Your data and connections

Your organization and its users retain their rights to the information they provide. They must have the authority to provide it and to connect each external service. Nimora processes that information to provide the requested features, subject to workspace permissions, the applicable agreement and our Privacy Policy.

A connection lets Nimora use the access granted to it for requested work. Connected services have their own terms and permissions. People with the required workspace access may share or remove a connection. Disconnecting stops future access through that connection; data already recorded may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI work

Nimora can answer questions, prepare content, use connected tools and help build apps or automations. AI results can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review information and proposed changes before relying on them, especially where a decision affects customers, money, legal rights or safety. Nimora applies workspace permissions and its configured approval controls to actions.

Plans and access

Your applicable plan or separate agreement sets any price, usage allowance, payment terms and support commitment. Features may change as the service develops. We may perform maintenance or restrict access when needed to protect the service, its users or connected systems. Your organization can manage users and connections; ending a paid service follows its applicable agreement.
